Quite often the cause of back pain is osteochondrosis of the cervical spine or intervertebral hernias of the lumbar spine. Offset vertebrae leads to reflex compression of the nerve roots, the person feels pain in his back, the muscles contract, the internal organs harder to work in such conditions, and they begin to weaken. The load on the spine is uneven, between the vertebrae are discs and when the vertebrae move, do stop nutrients from the disc leaves the liquid, eventually developing osteochondrosis, intervertebral hernia may occur. That is why treatment should be carried out as soon as possible, preventing osteoarthritis or intervertebral hernias are treated surgically.
